She has built various tech communities like Hexagon UX and Lean In communities. She is the Founder and Regional Leader for ‘Lean in Women in Tech, India’, one of the fastest-growing women-in-tech networks in India, which now has 3500+ women members. She led the group’s success and received the 2018 Lean In “People First” award.  She is also an advisor for the NGO which works for the education system in Bangalore.

She switched careers in 2015, focusing on contribution to society through wellness and coaching. She has worked with individuals and non-profit organisations to create a positive influence on people. Sandeep Gaidhani

Sandeep Gaidhani has worked with a multinational food packaging company for more than 23 years in various leadership positions in India, Singapore, and Asia Pacific. He hold a bachelor’s degree in Printing Engineering and Graphic Communication from University of Pune.

Sandeep works as an internal coach for the Asia Pacific region. He has completed the Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) and is in the process of acquiring Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) credentials from the International coaching federation (ICF).

He loves travelling with family and friends, mostly in the countryside and in the wilderness; reading books; running marathons; and meeting people and spending quality time with them.

Shailendra is a Certified Coach with 36 years of corporate experience. Post his corporate career, he has been a professional coach helping people fulfil their potential. In his corporate career, he has worked with CXOs, Vice Presidents, Senior Managers of small to large global organizations.

Shailendra is certified by and associated with Coach-To-Transformation and his personal mission is to evangelize coaching in order to bring the power of coaching to a cross-section of leaders across industries.

He has worked in senior executive positions for global IT majors – Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys and Capgemini. He has led Business Units and been accountable for the P&L. He has worked with Fortune 1000 customers across US, Europe, and APAC and across industry verticals. He has delivered large IT programs across the globe and led, coached and mentored teams of several thousand IT professionals. He has lived and worked for several years in US and UK besides India.

Shailendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS PILANI. He also completed a Management Development Program with Harvard Business Publishing. Shailendra is an avid reader, his reading interests span technology, philosophy, leadership and human behavior. He currently lives in Pune, India

Vijay Krishnamurthy

Vijay Krishnamurthy has two decades of global work experience that comprises of technology design, sports entrepreneurship and project management. Vijay crossed over from corporate to academia in 2018 and is currently working on his Doctoral program (Ph.D.) in sports management at SDMIMD, University of Mysore. Vijay holds a USPTA tennis coach certification and trained athletes for state and national tennis competitions in the past. Shwetha Shettar is a textile designer with 14+ years of work experience in the social sector of Textiles and Product design. Her core expertise is working as an facilitator with artisans for design education workshops and product developments. She has completed her Women's Leadership & Management course with Indian School of Business as a part of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 women program.

Shwetha is a Certified Professional Coach and is working towards her ACC certification by ICF. As a coach she believes passionately that every person has their own story to tell and the ability to unlock their own potential.Being a designer, it has been great to combine creativity and coaching to ensure and create a holistic experience for the Coachee and a space where one can express themselves freely.

As a designer she has worked with diverse organisations and sectors throughout India. She is the co- founder of the initiative “Crafting Future” which aims to map the craft ecosystem of India and make the data accessible to all. Her primary focus has been to help build sustainable livelihoods for artisans through design education and design interventions for artisans.She has been visiting faculty for Somaiya Kala Vidya, Kutch.As a part of The Ants Craft for the past 10 years she has worked extensively in the northeast and across other conflict ridden areas across India.
