We are on a mission to amplify the voices and the leadership impact of women from all walks of life, because the world needs more women leaders, and it needs them to lead in a way that is authentic to them.
‘Lead Like A Girl’ is a 6-month fellowship program to help build and empower the next generation of young women leaders. A group of up to 50 young women will receive customized leadership training, 1-on-1 coaching, and hands on project-based learning to help them build the skills, confidence and the support that they need to realize their highest potential.

Six months of virtual training in mindful leadership. The sessions will be conducted roughly every fortnight (on Saturdays, usually 10:00am – 1:30pm IST) by facilitators from the Shenomics Team as well as several guest experts.
Each participant will be paired with an executive coach and receive six individual coaching sessions over the duration of the fellowship.
Each participant will have the option to be paired with a seasoned mentor, based on their specific personal/professional questions and growth areas.
Each participant will be a part of an intimate group of 4-5 fellows, which will meet once monthly for feedback, support, and mindful check ins.
Over the course of the fellowship, each fellow has to design and execute an impact initiative of their choice that has the potential to positively impact 50 other individuals. This, we believe, helps fuel our fellows’ ultimate personal and professional growth by allowing them to learn by doing and paying it forward.
Our leadership curriculum is grounded in a philosophy of mindfulness and draws upon cutting-edge research on women’s leadership, and innovative methods of learning such as expressive arts, introspective assignments, and music to foster effective learning and sharing. We follow a holistic approach that is focused on each participant’s personal and professional development, and their highest career aspirations and goals.
The leadership curriculum will be facilitated by the Shenomics Team, along with leading experts and facilitators specializing in different aspects of mindful leadership.
Helping you anchor your leadership journey in self-awareness, and set a strong foundation for your career by uncovering what is personally meaningful to you. This way, you can align your personal vision for success and your leadership style to your unique values, passions and strengths.
Empowering you to make the mindset and behavioural shifts necessary to overcome any fears, self-doubt or limiting beliefs that keep you small. Empower you to make the big and bold leaps in your career that will catapult you to ever greater heights of success.
We will look at what it means for women leaders to have and exercise influence, and the principles of building strong and effective relationships with all kinds of stakeholders. We will also helping you build a supportive network of mentors, sponsors and advisors who can help move your career forward in the right direction.
Helping you discover your authentic voice as a woman leader. How you can boldly express your views and create the maximum impact with your desired audience, by becoming mindful of what you say and how you say it. We will look at the fundamental components of speaking with verbal power for women leaders.
Helping you ground your leadership in a strong and powerful presence, allowing you to present your most confident self to the world, authentically and impactfully.
Helping you derive your personal definition of happiness and well-being, so you can learn how to manage and replenish your energy in a way that allows you to perform at your optimal level of productivity and effectiveness, and create a strong ripple effect around you.
The program culminates in a final celebration to celebrate the new you, your vision and your commitment to lead.
In addition to leadership training, each participant will be paired with an executive coach who will provide 1-on-1 support (over 6 calls) to help the participant pursue their professional and leadership goals.

In order to magnify the impact of the Fellowship beyond just our fellows, it is expected that each fellow will design and execute an impact initiative of their choice. This initiative must have the potential to positively influence 50 other individuals. Fellows must complete the project during the course of the fellowship in order to graduate. They may seek the support of their coaches, co-fellows, and ex-fellows to guide them, and bring the project to life.
At the end of the fellowship, share with us your grand vision and action plan for creating and being the change that you wish to see in the world, and make a firm commitment to lead. Each participant will go on to join the Shenomics’ community of young women leaders, and agree to stay in touch with us for the next 3 years to help us track your progress, and receive ongoing support and encouragement from us to help you reach your highest potential.
As an alumna of the Fellowship, you may also be asked to mentor or guide future batches of the fellowship.

A program like this would typically cost well above INR 100,000. However, it is our endeavour to make this kind of training accessible to as many deserving young women as possible, and are therefore sponsoring the majority of the cost of this fellowship. Fellows would only be required to pay a nominal fee of INR 15,000 to underscore their commitment to participate in all aspects of the fellowship.
