Unless expressly stated otherwise, all registrations and payments made for Shenomics courses, workshops, bootcamps, masterclasses, events, and other paid learning experiences are final and non-refundable.
By completing your registration and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you are unable to attend a course or event after registering, please notify us as soon as possible by writing to contact@shenomics.com.

Registration fees are non-refundable.
Failure to attend, whether in full or in part, does not entitle a participant to a refund, credit, or transfer.
Requests for exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of Shenomics and only in exceptional circumstances.
In the unlikely event that Shenomics cancels or reschedules a course, workshop, bootcamp, masterclass, or event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be informed at the earliest opportunity.
Where a learning experience is cancelled by Shenomics, participants will be offered either:
A transfer to the next available cohort or session of the same learning experience; or
A full refund of the amount paid.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment.
Payments for Shenomics courses, workshops, bootcamps, masterclasses, events, and other paid learning experiences are securely processed through our authorised payment partners, Stripe and Instamojo.
By making a payment, you acknowledge that your transaction will also be subject to the applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the respective payment gateway used to complete your purchase.
Shenomics does not store your credit card, debit card, UPI, or banking credentials. All payment information is securely processed by our authorised payment partners.
