After founding Shenomics as a mindful leadership platform to help women thrive in their careers, I had an idea. “Let’s make short bite-sized videos on mindfulness.”
It sounded brilliant. It would help and inspire so many women, giving them a weekly dose of wisdom, inspiration and practical guidance.
What did I do next? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
I sat on the idea. One year went by, then two, then three.
Why did I just sit on idea? Well, “but what if the videos aren’t good.” “What if people think I’m not making any sense?” “Do I really want to risk being judged by everyone?”
But, the thought of not creating more value in the world just kept eating away at me. And, I had to finally ask myself, what would cause greater discomfort – people potentially judging me or the pain of never fully expressing myself.
I didn’t want to go to my grave with an unlived life within me, and so, bit by bit, I started sharing – one post here, one talk here, one video here – more and more.
People found them to be of value. Appreciation started pouring in, then acclaim, and then one business opportunity after another came knocking on my door-step.
Today, I’m a LinkedIn Top Voice, and I travel around the world sharing my voice with the world.
Why am I sharing this? Because there’s nothing extra special about me as compared to you. If I can do it, so can you, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.

The Co-Working Sessions offer you:
ACCOUNTABILITY: You will announce to the group what you will work on during that co-working session and share your results at the end of the session.
FOCUS: A quiet and distraction free time and space to get work done in a focused manner on your most important Visibility goals and projects.
MOTIVATION: As we will be working together as a group, you will find the support and motivation to keep going.
You will get adept at creating short posts/emails that showcase your ideas with impact.
You will create a consistent communication initiative, such as a newsletter or e-mail series, to build visibility in front of your target audience on a regular basis
You will create a 60-second video to get comfortable communicating and making yourself visible on camera.
You will create a Deck that clearly articulates the value that you have created so far, and what you hope to create in future, as a basis for owning your value.
For your Grand Finale, we ask that you create and deliver a short TEDx-style Talk, which will be recorded (virtually) and shared with you to distribute as you wish.
