What inspired us to start Shenomics’ Coaching Circles?

At Shenomics, we have been on a journey of supporting ambitious and talented women leaders over the past several years, and this experience has been truly rewarding for us. This enriching experience has also sparked in us the desire to amplify our impact and support more women in their quest to explore their highest potential.

In the corporate space, we have been working with our clients in one-on-one as well as in a group coaching format. We have observed that just like deep one-on-one coaching, group coaching has the potential to create powerful breakthroughs – both personal and professional. Listening to experiences and insights from those who are on a similar path has the potential to amplify as well as accelerate ones’ learning.

These observations about group dynamics and the desire to support more women through our coaching have inspired us to create this additional offering along with our one-on-one coaching program.

How do the Shenomics Coaching Circles work?

The circle will comprise of up to 6 passionate women who are looking to create a change in their lives, take the next step and move closer to their vision. This intimate group will embark on an exciting journey of creating a roadmap to step into their vision and take decisive action towards pursuing their highest potential. As a group that is driven to set big and bold goals, we will hold each other accountable with rigor as well as cheer each other at every step, both in equal measures.

Who are these Coaching Circles for?

Our coaching circles are for women who love working in a cohesive group. Group energy accelerates the pace at which one is moving towards the goal. Sharing actions with the group brings in a sense of accountability and forward momentum. So, those who want to speed up their pace are likely to enjoy this format. Working in a group also brings with it the benefit of having multiple perspectives, which can help one zoomout and get a 360-degree view of things. Having a supportive group on a journey with you also creates a sense of sisterhood and support. Some bonds created during this journey last beyond the group coaching and end up becoming strong bonds for life. So those looking to expand their circle of support will also appreciate this format.
