Dear Friend,

Do you hold back from talking about your work?

We just wrapped up our 2-Day virtual Summit โ€“ The Conscious Woman Summit, with the theme of Conscious Visibilityโ€ฆ

Encouraging women to go that extra mile to make themselves more VISIBLE.

Why?

Because as great as your work is, it cannot speak for itself.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผย A notable study looking at managers at leading Fortune 500 organizations found managers could not remember up to 60% of what their team members did by the end of the year.

That is why hoping and praying that others around you will notice, appreciate and reward you for the great work you are doing is not an effective strategy.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผย And even if your work can speak for itself, if you know a larger number of people can benefit from your work when you choose to give it a larger platform,

you holding back from sharing your ideas is doing a great injustice to others and yourself.

I was recently invited as a Keynote Speaker for Molocoโ€™s APAC Womenโ€™s Summit in Korea. When I reached out to the wonderful Jessica Amortegui, the key architect for the entire Summit, for a short testimonial,ย she had incredibly kind words to share (refer image at the start of the blog post).

I normally would not have shared this, but after 2 days of listening to 30+ incredible speakers at our annual Conscious Woman Summit talk about why as women we should be tooting our own horn in the workplace and beyond if we want to make a bigger impactโ€ฆ

I decided it was time for a not-so-humble brag!ย ๐Ÿ˜Š

I know making yourself more visible is a pain-point for many of you, and that is whyย our newest program โ€“ย The VISIBLE Womanย โ€“ is designed to help you confidently build a more VISIBLE brand.ย

The program launches in Jan 2024 with only 25 spots.ย If this interests you, get on theย Priority Listย here, so youโ€™ll be the first to be informed when the program opens for enrollment.

You deserve to be more seen, more heard, and more valued.
Let’s make it happen ๐Ÿ™‚

Warmly,
